These guys are great. I called them to check up on a property that was on the market and they were completely honest. I told them the home inspector had said the heater wasn't working properly so they could've tried to tell me he was right but didn't. They told me the ac was working fine and it didn't need anything. That right there says a lot about the company and how they'll treat you as a customer. They were completely honest and didn't try to sell me on repairs that weren't needed even though they knew I would've paid for them because I needed to sell the property. Great honest group of guys. I definitely recommend them.
THE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME OUT WAS ABLE TO SOLVE A VIBRATION ISSUE WE HAVE BEEN HAVING FOR SOME TIME AND UNABLE TO FIND. HE ALSO BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION SOME OTHER ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE REPLACED ON OUR SYSTEM, BEFORE MORE ISSUES HAPPEN.
Last week our A410 4 ton outside unit bit the dust. An afternoon call to Air Service to start the order. The next morning they called and told me that they had found a replacement. Note, the A410 feon unit are being phased out. Due to previous problems created by past storms including mold we had just completely replaced inside air handler, "A" coil and all the ducts. We needed the A410 unit or we had to replace all of the brand new inside air package. So understanding the problem is huge. They got it here and blowing cold air the next day. 2 days diagnosed, ordered and installed. Cannot say enough, highly recommended.

He made sure to go the extra mile and give me great information on my equipment.
