My thermostat went out on a Friday evening. I called Saturday expecting to reach voice mail. Instead, a manager immediately answered and assured me they would take care of it first thing Monday morning. The service technician arrived promptly at 8 and had it fixed before noon, even though it required an extra trip for needed parts and more than the thermostat had to be repaired. The technician kept me informed during the entire process and the manager called me afterwards to be sure everything was satisfactory. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Cody, Mark, and Zach are great technicians. Quick response time. Tammy gets the calls and gets the guys dispatched out very quickly.
I have to call them once a year to keep my 4 year old unit running. What can I say? They don't make 'em like they used to. Air unlimited offers prompt service and fixes it right the first time. I have had to call them 3 times in 2 years (not for the same issue), and everyone I have worked with has been pleasant and professional.
